Cattle Market Street.
Wigg and Plowright in Cattle Market Street, Fakenham were agricultural engineers who specialised in combine harvesters, balers and tractors, and also horticultural machines such as lawn mowers and cultivators. The company established their business at 18 Cattle Market Street in the early 1950s after taking over the premises from former occupants J. C. Oliver Ltd, a national company of agricultural engineers. Many of the original buildings remain today and have been occupied by various businesses including; 'Wheelspeed Motor Factors', Fakenham's community hub 'First Focus', and the 'Pot Black' snooker club.
